Day 1
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Morning Departure & Arrival
Departing Nairobi at 7:00 AM, your journey takes you to Amboseli National Park, often called a miniature Masai Mara due to its diverse ecosystem.
Afternoon Game Drive
Upon arrival, check-in, have lunch, and embark on a game drive to spot wildlife like African buffalo, lions, and zebras. The main attraction is the stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro serving as a majestic backdrop.
Overnight Stay
Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp in Amboseli.
Day 2
Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Early Morning Game Drive
Enjoy an early morning game drive when animals are most active, offering the best chance for thrilling predator-prey encounters. The park buzzes with life.
Mid-Day & Scenery
The drive includes passing by Amboseli swamp (a seasonal watering hole) and enjoying spectacular views of lush greenery leading up to the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.
Overnight Stay
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are taken at the lodge/camp, with the second night spent within Amboseli National Park.
Day 3
Amboseli to Tsavo West OR Voyager Ziwani
Morning Transfer & Choice of Destination
After departing Amboseli, you will choose one of two destinations for your next adventure:
Option A: Tsavo West National Park
Explore a park known for its volcanic landscapes, visiting Mzima Springs (hippos, crocodiles) and the Shetani Lava Flow. Activities include game viewing and cave exploration.
Option B: Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp
A tranquil retreat with great views of Mount Kilimanjaro. This location offers opportunities for night game drives to spot nocturnal wildlife.
Overnight Stay
Dinner and overnight at your chosen accommodation (Tsavo West or Voyager Ziwani).
Day 4
Departure: Tsavo/Ziwani Back to Nairobi
Final Morning Activity & Breakfast
Enjoy your final breakfast and morning activity at your accommodation before preparing for departure.
Road Transfer to Capital
Begin the serene drive back to Nairobi. Use the journey to reflect on the remarkable experiences and scenic landscapes you encountered before returning to the city's vibrant energy.
